We understand the importance of securely storing your documents, records, and data. At our dedicated archive facility, Dartex Office Furniture already store archives for hundreds of clients, including several large blue-chip companies. Storing your archives with us will:

Whether you generate paperwork, data tapes or other material that needs to be referenced at some stage in the future, we know the importance of being to get hold of it at the right time, and delivered to the right place. Furthermore, our computerised inventory system allows us to accurately keep track of documents and data.
Barcode Management
With bar-code driven control to each unique archive storage box (and document or tape if required), we can locate, retrieve and return to store with the accuracy needed to give you the confidence that your records are in safe hands.
Our Archive Boxes
Our normal archive storage boxes are 400mm x 290mm x 270mm. We can also hold and provide larger boxes for storage of A3 and Foolscap sized items, should this be a requirement, for example when storing artworks and legal documents.
Secure Destruction of your Archives
Because your archives may contain sensitive information, we can arrange to destroy your archives in a secure way when they are no longer required.
